The following details specific eParnassus privacy policy regulations. 

Personal Information

• * eParnassus Browsing. The User may view the photographic galleries on eParnassus without having an eParnassus account. The User may contact eParnassus by sending them a direct email, without having to register for an account beforehand.
• * eParnassus Account. To carry out any activity on eParnassus, such as uploading photographs or placing comments, an eParnassus account is required. Certain personal information will be requested, including email address and a password which is used to protect the account from unauthorised access.
• * Content uploaded onto the site. Any personal information or photographic content that the User voluntarily shares (for example comments or profile page) may be gathered and used by others.

Use

• * If you supply eParnassus with personal information, this may be used to manage, maintain and improve the characteristics and functionality of eParnassus, as well as to provide you with notices and other communications.
• * eParnassus does not use the email address or other personal details of the user to send them commercial or marketing messages without his/her consent. eParnassus may use the email address without prior consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (for example in order to communicate important changes relating to the eParnassus site or to provide technical assistance).

• * When you set up an eParnassus account, some information about your account and its related activity will be provided to other eParnassus users. This information may include the date the account was set up, the last date the account was accessed, age, nationality, etc.
• * When you carry out certain activities on eParnassus, after you enter your username and password to access the site, other users can view your eParnassus account name, but never your email address, and they may contact the User by leaving a message or comment on the site.
• * Any content (photographic or text) sent to eParnassus may be redistributed via Internet or other channels, and may be viewed by other eParnassus users or the general public.
• * The User may also choose to add personal information such as gender, profile image or other details that may be viewed by other users on the channel page of your eParnassus account. If you choose to add certain functions to the profile page of your own eParnassus account, these and associated activities and functions will be visible to other users and may be collected and shared amongst friends and other users. 

User decisions

• * If you have an eParnassus account, you can update or correct personal information within your own profile, email preferences, privacy statements at any time, by visiting the profile page of your own account.
• * You are under no obligation to send your own personal details to eParnassus; if you do not wish to do so, you may still view the Content and browse the site but eParnassus may not be able to offer you certain services.

Advertising on eParnassus

• * Third party advertising companies may place notices on eParnassus, as long as they meet our advertising requirements. eParnassus does not supply any user’s personal information to “ad servers” or external advertising networks without the permission of the users themselves. The eParnassus privacy policy is not valid for other inserters or websites, nor do we have control over their activities. Any data gathered by external “ad servers” and later shared with eParnassus is held and treated by eParnassus in agreement with current privacy regulations.
